Our service is designed to be completely bespoke meaning that all of our team members seamlessly fit around you and your busy schedule. If you find that your hours are a little more ad-hoc or outside of ‘usual business hours’ then we will ensure you are matched with a VA who can accommodate this. We purposely hire assistants who cover different time zones for this exact reason.

Are costs vary on each service depending on the difficulty of the task. We usually charge based on an hourly rate, the average costing being between £25 and £35 per hour depending on experience and skill set. But remember, you aren’t liable for the usual costs associated with employees, and you only pay for the hours you need which can save thousands over the course of a year. We offer a discounted hourly rate when you block book monthly hours or if you book over 20 hours per month.

A common question we’re asked is how do I manage my VA? We do not expect you to manage your VA otherwise that would be counterproductive! All tasks and projects are provided by yourself as you are our customer however, the day to day management of our frontline VA’s is managed by our competent talent managers. This is also your point of contact for any issues that you may be facing with your VA. You will meet your allocated talent manager at the same time you meet your VA. This is to ensure that everyone is on the same page with the task at hand and everyone understands your business and goals.


Absolutely! In fact it’s our bread and butter. We are one of the only providers who can truly say we’re a seamless extension of you and your team. Not only do we give you a dedicated PA to work exactly as if based in your business, but our integrated technology allows us to look after calls as confidently and knowledgeably as you. What’s included in our call handling and customer service packages:-

Call handling – As soon as a call hits one of our PA’s lines we automatically know who the call is for so our PA’s automatically have all the information available at their finger tips.

Customer Service – All of our PA’s that handle customer service calls are inducted by our clients and are only signed off when they fully understand their brief. Our ongoing auditing ensures that our team remain on track.


Reporting – We provide monthly reports including calls answered, calls forwarded, calls fallen off, appointments set.


Call transferring and appointment setting – Unlike other telephone answering providers who can only support a limited number of basic diaries, e.g. new enquiry line, your PA has access to live availability, call transfer and messaging preferences for each of your team members. Changes can be made at any time via our linked applications or even reading your Microsoft Teams status if available.


Integration – Our call handling service is design to full integrate as part of your business. Whether this is building out a full sales team or just bolstering your current one to handle overflow calls. All of our packages are fully bespoke and you only pay for calls answered/forwarded.

Once we’ve finished the fact finding process we will then consult our large talent pool to see who is best matched to your business, service and personality. We will then arrange the first round of interviews so you can meet our shortlisted team. This process takes as long as it needs to ensure you are completely happy with your match. Once matched with your VA/PA our team will start completing your set tasks seamlessly in the background. Progress reports and regular catch ups are put in place to ensure everything is going in the right direction for both parties.

We understand that not all relationships work out. If your designated VA or PA isn’t quite what you were looking for, please reach out to your talent manager who will look at what’s going wrong. If there is no easy resolve and a mutual decision is to terminate, we will go back to our talent pool and find somebody more suitable completely free of charge.
