Our History

Our ‘Why’

My VA was born out of a desire to help busy business owners, parents, entrepreneurs alike get back their time because at the end of the day, our time is our most precious commodity. Whilst solving this issue we didn’t quite realise we were solving another. Not only are we helping our busy clients with those mundane tasks, but we found we were providing our VA’s, PA’s and freelancers flexible work that suits them. Not only do all of our team choose and pick their own hours but they are paid well over the industry norm. We may not all share the same postcode or the same area code. We all come from different walks of life, lifestyles and interests. That’s our secret sauce actually. We recognise that our people are our lifeblood.

We may be headquartered in Cheshire, but our team is spread across different counties, different countries and even different time zones. It’s safe to say that the workforce has changed since the industrial revolution. They may not have conveyor belts or assembly lines anymore but they still operate the same way.
